Deleting your account and data
You can delete your Rozumka account together with your personal data at any time — yourself, in a few clicks.
How to delete
- Sign in to Rozumka (as usual — with your password or Discord).
- Open “My account” → “Privacy”.
- Click “Delete account” and confirm with your password (and your 2FA code if it's on).
30 days to change your mind
Right after the request we sign you out on every device. For 30 days you can sign in and cancel the deletion. After that the data is deleted automatically.
What gets deleted
Your first and last name, email, date of birth, password, two-factor authentication, linked services (Discord etc.), sessions and sign-in history.
Payment records and documents the law requires us to keep stay without your personal data — pseudonymised — for the legally required period.
Take a copy first
In the same “Privacy” section you can request an archive with all your data — before deleting or at any time.
Can't access your account?
Email privacy@rozumka.com from the address the account is registered with. We'll confirm it's you and delete the data within 30 days.
